Our CNC router based in San Diego CA was used to cut this 3D carving from a digital photo. The detail is so fine you can see the stitching in the girls shirts. Large block of aluminum cut into vacuum form tooling. 3D Sign, the font are cut from 1/2" black acrylic and the large M is stainless steel. Trade show booth rotating sign built into table, the large C shape and table top were carbon fiber laminated onto MDF.

Our heavy duty CNC router is capable of cutting 3 axis, 50" wide X 100" long X 8" deep. Installed with an 8 head tool changing system, and cooling mister for soft metals. All of this means we can carve your parts faster, more accurate with quick turn around times.
We can cut your 2D or 3D parts from CAD files, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator , or even carve 3D from digital photo's *.jpg, *.bmp, *.ttf, etc. You can supply the most common file types: *.DXF, *.DWG, *.IGS and *.STP. If you need us to create the drawings and files that's not a problem.
Materials can be supplied by FunktionUSA or you can supply them.
